Electrical components such as your map light, radio, heated seats, high beams, power windows all have fuses and if they suddenly stop working, chances are you have a fuse that has blown out. Also, I saw in manual, that Reanult does not prohibiting jumper start. On the other side, on some Fiat forum, I found that charging of battery can not be done by regular constant current chargers, but new, trickle or pulse charger. Take out the relays and fuses marking them to remember which goes where. Do the same proccess with chemicals and screwdriver.

Should work for others also. It didn't look obvious but on closer inspection it was broke. Connect the alligator clip to ground and check to see if you have power at the smaller wire that goes to the starter. Problem fixed by taking out a fuse for 10-15 minutes. Thanks for the help though! Testing the electrical circuits involved would be the proper way to diagnose this no start problem! On average the car will not turn over twice in each month. Car is stil under warranty. In the diagram, see starter relay, unplug the relay, see terminal 30 and terminal 87, if you use jumper wire between those two terminals, the starter motor should crank, Terminal 30 is hot all the time.
